Let us have a look at the charming Thumbelina-like girl who will always remain the size of a doll while going about her everyday activities.
The image shows a lovely infant in a stroller. This stroller, however, is intended for a medium-sized doll rather than a child.

This is because Abigail, our young heroine, has a rare form of dwarfism that results in her short stature.
Her condition is difficult to pinpoint, but to put it simply, her body does not develop at all. Despite advances in modern medicine, Abigail is still without a known treatment.
She weighs just 4 kg at the age of two, giving her the appearance of a newborn child. Her elder sister, who is only two years her senior, appears much larger in comparison.
Abigail is made to feel at ease by specially ordered furniture, toys, and household items.

Although Abigail’s growth is predicted to be slow, doctors believe she will live a full life. She will ultimately learn to walk, talk, pursue an education, and hone abilities appropriate to her abilities.
Abigail’s parents hope that medical development may one day provide a method to help their tiny “Thumbelina” daughter overcome her hurdles.
