Tom Holland went on a funny excursion to get his non-alcoholic beer and was carded in the process.
In a series of Instagram Stories posted on Tuesday, Feb. 18, the 28-year-old British actor took followers on a journey to Target to purchase his premium non-alcoholic beer, Bero.
“So I haven’t been in the [United] States for a while,” Holland remarked in a selfie video as he strolled through a parking lot. “And I’m going to go visit some Bero on the shelves, out in the wild.”
The brief film finished, then another one appeared, this time with the Spider-Man star inside the supermarket.

“This is the second Target I’ve been to because the last one I went to actually didn’t have it,” he said. He added, “Not the best marketing.”
The Uncharted star looked for a Bero exhibit but had “no luck” at his second site. “The hunt continues,” he replied, departing to go to another Target.
A determined Holland said, “I will find some today.”
His final Target visit of the day proved to be a success, but with its own set of challenges.

“This is a bigger Target, so I feel more hopeful,” he remarked in another video of himself strolling through the aisles, ultimately smiling when he found his purchase. Bero cases were available in a variety of colors, including red, gold, and green, as well as combinations of the three.
Holland’s final video from the day’s adventure showed him back in a parking lot, admitting that, while he eventually located his Bero, he nearly didn’t receive any.
“Okay, so success, I found some,” the Chaos Walking actor stated, holding up a gold case of Bero. “I bought it.”
He added with a laugh, “They wouldn’t accept my ID because it’s English, and I couldn’t prove my age, so a really lovely employee, I guess, scanned their ID.”
The young actor described his “exciting” day as “kind of ironic” because he couldn’t purchase his own product.

Holland previously told PEOPLE, “When I first entered the non-alcoholic sector, I felt there was a need for a legitimate, premium brand. I eventually designed Bero for myself because I wanted a product that made me feel included.”
“I wanted to create a brand that not only stands out but, more significantly, helps individuals fit in.” I’m so excited to bring Bero to Target, where it’s now available nationwide,” he added.
In a Target advertisement released last month, Holland made a subtle reference to his and fiancée Zendaya’s 9-year-old Miniature Schnauzer Noon by calling one of the beers Noon Wheat.
