Trump offers Mel Gibson and Sylvester Stallone ambassador posts to make ‘Hollywood great again’

President-elect Donald Trump has given key roles to Mel Gibson, Jon Voight, and Sylvester Stallone.

Trump will take office on Monday (January 20), but he is already acting.

Trump claims that Hollywood is a very troubled area, and if elected, he intends to make it ‘bigger, better, and stronger than ever before.’

I hear you ask, “How will he achieve it?” Evidently, acting veterans Gibson, Voight, and Stallone will assist him.

Trump wrote on his social media network, Truth Social: “It is my honor to announce Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone as special ambassadors to a great but very troubled place, Hollywood, California.”

“They will serve as special envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to foreign countries, back—bigger, better, and stronger than ever before!”

The article continued: “These three extremely brilliant people will be my eyes and ears, and I will do anything they propose. The Golden Age of Hollywood will return, just as it did in the United States of America!”
As it stands, it is unclear what these responsibilities will entail.

After the news, Braveheart star Gibson admitted he had no idea it was coming.

In a statement to USA Today, Gibson said, “I received the tweet at the same moment as all of you and was equally astonished. Nevertheless, I answer the call. My job as a citizen is to provide all assistance and information I can.”

Given that the actor just lost his Malibu house in the LA flames, the 69-year-old joked, “Any chance the position comes with an ambassador’s residence?”

It is unclear if Voigt—Angelina Jolie’s father—and Stallone have officially acknowledged their new ambassadorships.

It is unknown if the three actors will attend Trump’s inauguration on Monday, but one well-known face will be Kid Rock.

The singer will perform at the occasion with Carrie Underwood and the Village People.

Kid Rock just came on Jesse Watters Primetime to discuss his forthcoming concert.

During the conversation, he mentioned Michelle Obama’s absence and hinted that the former first lady is “a bit furious.”

Despite not voting for Barack Obama when he became president, the music artist said he did perform at the 2009 Youth Inaugural Ball at his request.
