Amber Heard is expecting her second child, following her public breakup from Johnny Depp in 2016.

After Heard and Depp parted ways, Heard welcomed her first child, Oonagh, in April 2021.

She announced the birth of Oonagh in an Instagram post, explaining that she had opted to have a kid on her ‘own terms.’.

Heard captioned a photo of herself and Oonagh, “I’m so excited to share this news with you.” Four years ago, I decided I wanted a child. I preferred to do things on my own terms.

“I now realize how radical it is for us as women to consider one of the most essential aspects of our destinies in this manner.” I hope we get to the moment when it’s acceptable to not desire a ring in order to have a crib. Something inside me wants to say my private life is private. I also understand that the nature of my profession requires me to control this. My daughter was born on April 8th, 2021. Her name is Oonagh Paige Heard. “She marks the start of the rest of my life.”

Heard, 38, has subsequently posted frequent updates about her life with her baby, referring to herself in postings as ‘the mom and the dad’ as well as a multitasking mommy.

Heard celebrated her daughter’s first birthday with an Instagram photo, writing, “My little O is a year old today. I still cannot believe you are here.” The best year.”

With Oonagh being three years old, it appears that Heard has decided to extend her family once more.

During her testimony in front of jurors during her trial with Depp in 2022, Heard expressed a desire to move on from their divorce and focus more on her role as a mother.
