We purchased 34 m2 studio apartment and carried out amazing renovation: before and after photos

A move to Reutov motivated this couple to buy their place. Due to a limited budget, they chose a modest 34-square-meter studio apartment. The outdated interior didn’t appeal to the new owners, so they hired designers to create a unique and comfortable space.

They leveled the walls in the entryway and painted them with a light, moisture-resistant paint. We finished the floor with marble-look ceramic tiles. They installed decorative wooden panels with coat hooks by the entrance. Nearby, they added a wall-mounted console with a mirror and a turquoise ottoman. They placed a spacious storage cabinet with turquoise doors between the kitchen and the living area.

The kitchen floor is also ceramic tile. We positioned the refrigerator by the entrance, creating a cozy dining area with a round table and a comfortable sofa next to it. We added an accent wall with a mural and textured panels behind the sofa.

Opposite this area is an L-shaped kitchen in green and wood tones, with a backsplash of blue-green tiles.

The living area, near the main room entrance, features blue-painted walls and a laminate floor. To the left of the entry, a storage unit houses a TV, while a large gray sofa sits across from it. A slatted divider separates the living and bedroom spaces.

Behind the divider is the bedroom area, which features a double bed, nightstand, TV, and compact vanity table. A mural with textured panels decorates the wall behind the bed. On the balcony, they added a bar counter.

For the bathroom and toilet, they opted for classic black and white rectangular tiles along with geometric-patterned tiles. The washing machine is conveniently located across from the sink.
