Just yesterday, only a handful of people knew about this boy, but today he has emerged as a genuine star! Ivan Sokhnev, an 8-year-old residing in the Moscow region, Ramenskoye city, has rapidly gained a growing fan base. He has showcased his incredible musical talent as a finalist in the “Morning Star” competition.

Ivan’s musical repertoire spans genres, including performances of songs by Basta, the band 5’nizza, and more. Remarkably, he has been playing the ukulele since the tender age of 5. At 7, he began mastering the drum kit, and by the age of 8, he delved into learning the acoustic and electric guitars. Ivan actively contributes to the children’s rock band “RockHotDog” at RockSchool.

One notable achievement is Ivan’s confident and charismatic performance of the mature song “Soldier” by the band “5’nizza.” His own accompaniment on the Hawaiian guitar added a charming touch to his rendition. Interestingly, Loboda was the only one among the judges who turned to acknowledge the young talent.
