A mother who only ate meat, fish, eggs, and full-fat dairy for two years has revealed the drastic effects the diet had on her health.
Olivia Khwaja lost 95 kg to 75 kg after a few years on a high-fat, low-carb keto diet, but in 2022, she chose to transition to a carnivore diet, eliminating all plant-based meals and consuming only animal products.
It’s effectively the anti-vegan diet, and Olivia supposedly had so much success with it that she lost 55 kg and convinced the rest of her family to do the same.

Her husband, Greg, has shed 39 kg, and their children, Eden and Bailey, have tried the diet.
While health experts warn that eating too much meat increases the risk of developing colon cancer and that a balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables is preferable, Olivia claims that following the carnivore diet has resulted in better skin, a clearer mind, and weight reduction.
She stated that her family was ‘flourishing’ and that after only a few weeks on the carnivore diet, she ‘woke up and I just got this sensation of ecstasy.’.
“Just looking at the sky, I was like, ‘It’s just so blue and so beautiful,'” she remarked about the diet’s effect on her psyche.

“It’s like I was living under a cloud without realizing, and it just lifted.” I’ve never forced either of my children into this. They’re both on their own road, but I believe they’re both happier avoiding addicting foods and enjoying the freedom that comes with it.”
Olivia stated that she concentrated her guidance on eliminating processed foods from her diet, as she wanted to make a difference in her life after losing her parents in 2014 and 2014.
Her mother’s type 2 diabetes diagnosis led her to believe that she should improve her health to prevent such diseases in the future.
That’s what led her to the keto diet in 2020, which helped her lose 20 kg and decrease her BMI from 38.3 to 30.3, while she went on to the carnivore diet after hearing “rave reviews,” which brought her to the next level. She had a BMI of 22.2, a healthy weight.

She was skeptical at first because the diet excluded fruits and vegetables, but she kept an open mind and was extremely pleased with the outcomes.
Olivia often eats her first meal of the day around 4 p.m., which is usually eggs and sardines.
A few hours later, she enjoys a huge steak cooked in beef tallow with homemade mayonnaise, and during the weekend, she and her family will have handmade jerky, bacon sausages, and chicken liver pâté without bread.
She explained, “I just purchase eggs, quality butter, and meat whenever we need them and keep them in the fridge.
“Whenever I’m hungry, I go to the fridge and make something. We consume basic foods and live a simple life.

“I’ve never felt so good in my life—I can’t remember feeling this positive and healthy and having so much energy as a child or a teenager; it’s transformed my life.”
Olivia publishes her health journey on Instagram under the account @oliviakhwaja, and she claims she has gotten no negative feedback from her 10,000 followers or her children’s school.
