To make a cheesecake with just three ingredients, I use wafers, cottage cheese, and yogurt. After assembling the dessert, I leave it in the fridge for 1–2 hours. Give it a try, and don’t forget to share your feedback and recipes!
Ingredients:
Wafers – 250 g
Cottage cheese (5%) – 500 g
Natural yogurt – 250 ml
Sugar – 80–100 g
Water – 100 ml
Gelatin – 10 g
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Glaze:
Chocolate – 1 bar
Milk – 4–5 tbsp
Preparation Method:

Step 1: Preparing the Gelatin
Add gelatin to water, mix well, and let it bloom.
Step 2: Making the Base
Crush the wafers in a blender until smooth.

Place a 7-inch (18 cm) springform ring on a serving plate and wrap the inside with parchment paper. Spread the wafer crumbs evenly on the bottom, pressing them into a firm layer.
Refrigerate the base while preparing the cottage cheese layer.
Step 3: Preparing the Cottage Cheese Layer

In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, sugar, and yogurt. Blend the mixture until smooth using a hand blender.
Melt the gelatin until liquid and stir it into the cottage cheese mixture. Divide the mixture into two portions, adding cocoa powder to one half and mixing until combined.

Step 4: Assembling the Cheesecake
Take the base out of the fridge. Alternate adding two tablespoons of the white and cocoa layers to the center of the form.

Gently shake the form to level the layers and use a skewer to create a decorative swirl on the surface.
Refrigerate the cheesecake for 1–2 hours until fully set.

Step 5: Adding the Glaze (Optional)

For the glaze, chop the chocolate and combine it with hot milk. Stir until smooth. Pour the glaze over the cheesecake, allowing it to drip down the sides, and decorate with crumbled wafers.

Slice the cheesecake and serve it with tea. Enjoy! 🍰
