Adele was willing to walk out of the agreement if Sylvester Stallone’s Los Angeles mansion did not contain a famous piece of furniture.

When he sold his mansion in Los Angeles last year, Stallone stated that he wanted to relocate the “Rocky” statue that guards his swimming pool. According to rumors, Adele purchased the house from Stallone, but the statue was not included.
This is unacceptable. According to Stallone, Adele remarked, “That’s going to ruin the whole thing.”

When Stallone returned, he gave Adele the Rocky Balboa statue. He stated that he likes what she’s doing because she’s making it beautiful.

Adele spent $58 million on the home. The famed Beverly Hills neighborhood property is reputed to have eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms.
The property contains a screening room, a cigar room with a custom bar, an eight-stall garage, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and an art studio, among other amenities.

According to the source, Stallone purchased the land in 1994 and built the house on the 3.5-acre site.

In May, Adele shared an Instagram selfie of herself and her NBA agent boyfriend, Rich Paul, beaming in front of their new home. The photo showed the two of them beaming brightly while Paul held a pair of keys.
The singer of “Chasing Pavements” took out an almost $38 million mortgage on the house in February 2022. Stallone reportedly referred to the mansion as “the house that ‘Rocky’ built.”

Adele’s 30-year mortgage payments, including property taxes and a 5% interest rate, would be $227,000 every month.
Because this is Adele’s fourth home in Los Angeles, the price isn’t an issue for the 34-year-old singer. The artist has an estimated net worth of $183 million.
