I was overwhelmed with emotions while watching the performance of the delightful 6-year-old girl named Chelsea. “Talent show” is a television program where individuals of any age or profession can showcase their unique talents, such as singing, dancing, acrobatics, martial arts, and more.

Typically, most participants in such shows are amateurs, and they are judged based on their performance, with the best one often receiving a cash prize or another reward. One of the earliest examples of this genre on Soviet television is Alexander Maslyakov’s program “Hello, We Are Looking for Talents!” which served as the prototype for the Russian contest “Minute of Fame.”

Thanks to numerous talent shows for children held worldwide, we can proudly say that there are many talented children in our time. When Chelsea stepped onto the stage in her beautiful, fluffy dress with a sincere childlike smile, nobody could anticipate what was about to unfold.
