When a newborn first hears the sound of her mother’s voice, she may initially be delighted, but then she may become startled, terrified, surprised, and ultimately very distressed. It is quite incredible to see how her face can convey such a wide variety of feelings in such a short amount of time. Greater realism cannot be achieved in the depiction of human emotions in any way.

As her mother Christy cradles her in her arms, two-month-old Charlotte (Charly) Keane grins and shows signs of trying to hold back her emotions.
After having hearing aids placed in her ears and hearing her mother say “hello” and “I love you,” the infant displays an expression of unadulterated happiness.
Christy shared the following on her Instagram account, saying, “Charly hears for the first time and hears me say ‘I love you’ for the first time!” “And she’s trying hard not to cry joyful tears, and she’s just as emotional as her mother.
When Char finally received her hearing aids today, it seemed like the answer to a prayer that I’d been saying for a long time.
Because we didn’t believe she would hear anything, the fact that she did is more unbelievable than I can adequately express in words.

“Her journey toward implants and language development is off to an amazing start!”
Daniel, Christy’s boyfriend, was the one who took the video of the unbelievable event.
Charlotte appeared to be fighting back tears as she grins broadly as she starts to talk.
Christy is heard to comment, “I’ve never seen that face before.” Are you emotional? You are going to bring tears to my eyes. Are you going to show your feelings like your mother does?
She tells the youngster, who is smiling at her, “You are very kind. I adore you.”
In August, Charlotte was born deaf.
Her parents want to start her out with speech therapy, and when she is old enough, they will have cochlear implants installed in her ears.
