Despite not being married, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell have been together longer than many famous couples who are married.

Even though Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell are one of Hollywood’s most adored couples and still have a strong commitment to one another, there is very little possibility that they will ever be married.

“Why ought we to be? Isn’t that a more appropriate query? When CNN’s Chris Wallace questioned why the two weren’t married, Hawn responded.

During a recent appearance on Wallace’s program Who’s Talking to Chris Wallace? Hawn, 77, spoke with Wallace about her reluctance to wed Russell.

Hawn said, “When it doesn’t work out, it turns into an enormous business.

The dissolution of a marriage, according to the actress, who has been married twice before, is “always ugly.”

“Someone needs to look at how many divorces are genuinely enjoyable. How many divorces are genuinely free of expense? How many divorces truly make you despise the ex-spouse even more? How often do divorces result in harm to children?

Hawn and Russell have been together for 40 years, so one may claim, like Wallace, that they wouldn’t get divorced, but no one can say for sure. Hawn also appreciates the concept of making the decision to be in a relationship each morning when she wakes up.

Relationships are difficult, she said. They aren’t always simple. There are many obstacles we must overcome. There are certain things that we agree on and some things that we disagree on.

“Therefore, in the end, I think it’s important to maintain your independence through independent thought, so you can hold on to yourself and actually have that feeling.”
