In Louisiana, a youngster drowns in a pool, and his elder brother kneels and starts to pray

Brandon and Courtney McKee of Louisiana agreed that their two boys may spend some time with their grandma despite their tight work schedules. Max, 2, and his older brother Brody were overjoyed to be spending time with their grandma. Their grandma had a beautiful property with a pool and lots of room for them to play.

As soon as she sent her children there, Courtney felt compelled to pray for their protection, and she recognized the presence of the Holy Spirit. Brandon described what had transpired as follows: “Courtney just began to pray for our babies, for protection over our babies, pleading the blood of Jesus over their lives, not knowing what event happened the next day.”

The day after the couple handed their children off at the massive farm, Courtney got a call while at work, and on the other end was some devastating news—Max had been discovered unconscious at the bottom of the swimming pool. Max was playing with her mother, Brody, another cousin, and her sister-in-law, according to Courtney. Courtney, a registered nurse, was at work at the time.

Max then departed the pool and expressed a wish to play outdoors. His grandma let him play a few feet away from her until she realized he wasn’t. Brandon realized at that point that Jesus had performed a miracle on his kid. He praised and thanked God. Max wore floaters in the water, but when he came out, his grandma helped him take them off.

So, as Max was playing outside the pool, he went back to get some water in a tiny bucket to play with. According to Courtney, Max slipped into the pool while bending down to fetch some water. Max had been in the pool for an unknown amount of time when Courtney’s sister-in-law spotted him asleep at the bottom. The mother of two remembers receiving a terrified call from her sister-in-law at work, as well as hearing sirens and commotions in the background.

“And it was at that point that she revealed to me that they had discovered Max at the bottom of the swimming pool,” she said, adding, “and it was at that point that she revealed to me that they had discovered Max at the bottom of the swimming pool.” When Courtney’s mother and sister-in-law spotted Max at the bottom of the pool, he was lifeless. They took Max from the water, contacted 911, and did everything they could to save his life. Meanwhile, Max’s elder brother, Brody, tried all he could to help. He explained:

“The only thing I could think of was to pray.” So I dropped down on my knees and pleaded with God to help my little brother. Could you please rescue him? Can you defend him with your guardian angels? You just helped him, Lord. Keep a watch on him, Lord.” Max was revived and transported by ambulance to Rapides Regional Medical Center, where doctors noticed that his lungs were inflated and full of fluid.

While praying for Max, Courtney and Brandon started the lengthy trip to the hospital. Brandon pleaded, “God, please help my baby,” while Courtney screamed to God, “I almost begged him, God, I’ll do anything.” Lord, I’m not sure what you want from me, but please rescue my child. Please do not take my kid away from me. Please, Lord, do not take my baby.”

Max was clinging to tubes, wires, connections, and monitors when Courtney and Brandon arrived at the hospital. The doctors hoisted Max and put him on his mother’s chest on the bed. Courtney said she couldn’t stop crying. She reassured Max that everything would be alright, that Mommy was now with him, and that he would be well. Max was back in Courtney’s arms, and it seemed like she was holding him for the first time.

When Courtney and Brandon’s neighborhood and church heard of Max’s situation, they went to the hospital, rang the boy’s bed, and prayed for him. They prayed overnight, and Max showed significant improvement the following morning. Max’s mother remarked that she recognized immediately that her son had no brain issues as a consequence of drowning and would be healthy. ”

You knew at that time that our prayers had been answered, and God had truly stepped in on behalf of our family,” Brandon said. Max recovered entirely, much to the surprise and pleasure of his parents and brother. He informed his parents one day that he wasn’t afraid when he was at the bottom of the pool. Courtney informed Max that this was excellent news as it proved his courage.

Max, on the other hand, surprised his parents when he claimed, “When I was at the bottom of that pool, Jesus held me.” Courtney and Brandon only gazed at each other, startled. Max astonished them even more when he queried as to why Jesus had scratches on his hands, claiming, “He had boo-boos and scratches on his hands and feet.” I’m not sure. They’ve arrived.”

Brandon knew at that time that Jesus had performed a miracle on his kid. He applauded and thanked God, recognizing that people don’t frequently hear about miracles, yet they do happen. Brandon alleges that Jesus miraculously saved his child when he held Max at the most vulnerable moment of his two-year-old’s life. Max declared:

“It’s just me and Jesus, and Jesus is holding me as if he saved me in the pool.” “My name is Max, and I’m a miracle!” When Max’s narrative was published online, the family got letters of support. “God is great!” one person exclaimed, while another replied, “Beautiful.” God bless you.” “That’s very true; it happened to me too. Miracles happen every minute, amen,” claimed another internet user.

Courtney now looks back on what Jesus did and how he saved her baby from the water and is forever thankful. Do you want more of this? Click here to read about a family that lost their final son three years after their other son died. Mom prayed, and her baby was revived.
