A wonderful way to make apple pies in individual molds. This recipe is especially convenient when unexpected guests arrive, as it takes very little time to prepare and bakes in the oven.
**Ingredients:**
– 2 eggs
– A pinch of salt
– 100 g sugar
– 100 g butter
– 100 g kefir
– 200 g flour
– 10 g baking powder
– 2 apples
**Instructions:**
1. Start by whisking the eggs in a bowl, then add the sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix with a hand mixer.
2. Pour in the kefir and some melted butter, stirring well.
3. Then add the flour and baking powder to the mixture, making a thick batter.
4. Pour the batter into small molds, filling them halfway.
5. Place sliced apples on top of the batter.
6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
7. Before serving, sprinkle the pies with powdered sugar.
