Janet Jackson, at the age of 18, replies to rumors that she had a hidden child from her previous marriage

The public’s fascination with Janet Jackson’s personal life has never waned. In addition to the celebrity family, the singer chose not to address the many questions about what really happened behind the scenes of her performances.

The singer married guitarist James DeBarge in 1984, as is widely known.

But they divorced him in 1985.

Following that, there were early reports that they had a child, but Janet chose to reject them due to her young age (she was just 18 at the time).

Jackson did, however, eventually decide to dot all the i’s in a new Lifetime documentary and an A&E special.

She explained where the claims about her being pregnant and giving birth came from.

I remember gaining weight at the time because I was on birth control. “However, many people misinterpreted it as a pregnancy announcement,” the artist said.

She denied giving birth and giving the kid to her brother Jackie or sister Rebbie.
These rumors have been floating around for quite some time. For example, I prohibit the youngster from visiting his father. But it’s not about me at all. Janet stated that she would never interfere with a kid chatting with their father.

The actress went on to say that she was exposed to various rumors about herself over her many years on stage that had nothing to do with reality.

It was even speculated that her niece, Stevanna, was her daughter due to their strong similarity.

Remember that Janet’s husband, businessman Wissam Al Mana, gave birth to their son Issa in January 2017? Janet is legally the mother of just one kid.
