Keanu Reeves’ heartfelt response to fan inquiries demonstrates why he is the best human ever

Keanu Reeves is known for his unforgiving action performances, from The Matrix to John Wick, but he also has a reputation for being one of the kindest celebrities around.

An encounter the celebrity had with a fan at the airport has once again proven this. A teenage Reeves fan had spotted him at baggage reclaim and had the courage to ask for an autograph.

Flying may be stressful, and most of us would feel exhausted after a long journey. After the long trip from London to New York, Reeves took the opportunity to talk with one of his most ardent fans.

Andrew Kimmel chronicled the touching interaction with the movie actor in a tweet.

The ecstatic admirer had flooded Reeves with questions, and the star had answered them all.

“Keanu Reeves was on my flight from London to New York today,” Kimmel wrote. A small youngster approached baggage claim and requested an autograph before launching into a barrage of questions. Keanu cheerfully reacted to each and every one.

These included explaining why he was in New York to watch a concert and claiming to have seen the Grand Prix. When they inquired if he drove, he answered that he didn’t, but he liked motorcycles.

In a nice touch, when the youngster ran out of questions, Reeves began interrogating him right back. He inquired as to where he had been in Paris, what galleries he had seen, and which were his favorites.

“The man couldn’t have been nicer, especially after an international flight,” Kimmel continued. I thought I’d post this since the man is a gentleman, and small gestures like this may make a great impact in people’s lives. More Keanus are needed!”

And, of course, Kimmel revealed that he, too, had summoned the bravery to ask for a selfie, which Reeves gladly obliged.

“And yes, I geeked out a little and asked for a photo,” he stated. “I mean, I had to.”

In conversations with fans, Reeves has been renowned for being personable and charming. Not only that, but he has never called attention to or made a fuss about his income or charity gifts.

According to a 2001 Wall Street Journal piece, he “doesn’t always seem motivated by money. It went on to allege that the actor “literally handed over part of his salary to other actors or crew” on numerous of his projects.
