Michael Bublé married Argentine actress Luisiana Lopilato in 2011 and had their first child, Noah, the following year. However, the youngster was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2016.
Going through such a difficult period altered them. They had two additional children at the time: Elias and Vida. In 2022, they had a new kid, Cielo, although it took a lot for Lopilato to agree to have another child.
“There were a million times when my wife and I were just surviving, struggling to survive and breathe,” the “My Valentine” singer remarked. He also wishes he could have dealt with the sickness on his own.
Noah was declared cancer-free in 2017, which further strengthened their bond as a family. Bublé stated:
“Going through something like what my family has gone through gives you great perspective, and one of those points of perspective is that it really allows you to appreciate the good things.”
Bublé’s viewpoint has shifted since their trauma, and he now lives “a much deeper life.” He wouldn’t wish their agony on anyone else, but he feels the emotions of the moment helped him see things in a different way. He went on to say:
“Once you’ve felt those things, you can truly feel joy, gratitude, and happiness in context.”
Bublé desired another kid despite the fact that they already had three children and had just gone through a difficult moment. In a 2022 interview with Hello Magazine, the musician stated that he told his wife about his intention multiple times over the course of two years. He elaborated:
“And she said to me, ‘Ah, no, I’m fine; I think it’s a good family,’ and I kept asking, ‘Maybe one more?'” ‘No, no.’ And then one day, darling, when was it? Was it nine or ten months ago? ‘You know what?’ she remarked abruptly. ‘Perhaps one more.’ And I [exclaimed]. “I was overjoyed!”
They began trying, and Lopilato became pregnant almost immediately. Even though it was a surprise for the actress, they were both prepared despite thinking it was “crazy.” The singer told People that they are “so blessed” to have healthy children and can’t wait for the next addition.
Bublé’s wife announced their fourth child’s arrival on Instagram with the caption:
“Love gives birth to life, light, and her—our baby Cielo Yoli Rose Bublé.” With your 3,8 kg, you have finally come into our lives! Thank you, God, for this immeasurable treasure; we adore you! Noah, Elias, Vida, and your parents (sic).”

The artist has only released a few images of their children on social media in general, but they never reveal their faces due to privacy concerns. The children can be seen more clearly in some of Lopilato’s films, but they are not as prominent since they wish to keep them out of the spotlight.
Bublé and Lopilato just celebrated Cielo’s first birthday, as their fourth miracle was born on August 19, 2022. The musician, who is known for soothing his children with his incredible voice, turned to social media to post a rare snapshot of her.
“It’s amazing how someone comes into your life one day and you can’t fathom your life without them. Cielito, happy first birthday!”
