On Tuesday, Simon Ateba, an African journalist, finally snapped and slammed Biden’s press secretary, Karine Jean Pierre. What triggered his rage was her constant avoidance of questions about Biden’s document problem, notably her recent deceiving of reporters.
Simon was so enraged that he informed KJP, in front of all the other reporters, that she was unsuited for her position. Take a look at this:
As you can hear in the video, Simon questioned KJP about her ability to manage the role. “Karine, you don’t seem like a good fit for this job because you don’t have any answers on the classified documents,” he stated. We don’t appear to have received a response from you.”
A discussion from the January 24th news conference demonstrates why reporters are becoming increasingly upset with KJP. When questioned about the Biden documents and the construction controversy, she refused to answer and instead tried to steer the curious reporter, FNC’s Peter Doocy, elsewhere.
“Thank you, Karine,” FNC’s White House Correspondent Peter Doocy said. President Biden traveled to his home in Wilmington after a special counsel was appointed, but before the FBI searched. “What exactly was he doing in there?”
KJP remained silent, instead responding, “I would refer you to the White House Counsel.” But Doocy wasn’t about to stop there. “So, it was something relating to this case?” he questioned, pressing for a response. She responded with the same non-answer, saying, “I would refer you to the White House Counsel’s Office.”
Doocy refused to give up. “All right,” he said. Do you believe this story was leaked to deliberately smear the president ahead of his reelection announcement?” KJP then responded with a non-answer, saying, “I would refer you to the White House Counsel’s Office, as they have been closely involved.”
Doocy wasn’t finished yet. “All right,” he said again. To put it simply, we know the president did it. “What made him do it?” KJP answered once more with the same non-answer, adding, “I would refer you to the White House Counsel’s Office.”
Doocy then queried, in his own words, “In the President’s own words, he admits to having information that wasn’t his.” “How did he get it out?” KJP, for her part, stated, “I will let the President’s statement speak for itself.” I’m just not going to go down a rabbit hole with you on this.”
