Tammy Slaton appears unrecognizable following her dramatic weight loss, and her fans are overjoyed

Tammy rose to prominence on the reality television show 1000-Lb Sisters, in which she co-stars in with her sister, Amy Slaton-Halterman.

Both sisters had shed a significant amount of weight from the first season of the program in 2020, when Amy and Tammy weighed over 1000 pounds combined.

Tammy’s weight has fallen from 717 lbs to a lighter 534.7 lbs by the beginning of this year.

“When I got on the scale and saw the scale was at 534.7, I kind of stopped breathing for a second,” she stated on an episode of her TLC show at the time.

“I’m about 14 pounds under my target weight.” That’s a significant decrease from over 700.”

Tammy qualified for weight loss surgery as a consequence of her weight decrease.

Tammy stated a few months later that she was able to walk independently as a consequence of her successful weight loss.

The 37-year-old is now estimated to weigh less than 400 pounds.

Tammy appears to be doing better than ever on social media, receiving frequent acclaim from her 666,000 Instagram followers.

Tammy reminded her followers in a recent video sent to the website that she is now on Cameo, a personalized video site.

“I’m loving your new life!” You appear to be in a good mood! “I can’t wait to see the new season of the show,” one viewer wrote on the video as 1000-Lb Sisters prepares to return to TLC for a new season in the coming days.

“You look fantastic, Tammy!” Another person said, “I can’t wait for the new season!”

“You look incredible!” said a third admirer. You’ve come a long way; congratulations! It’s been a pleasure to follow you on this adventure. I’m also working on losing weight one day at a time.”

“You look fantastic! Wow! “I wish you continued strength,” said another.

Tammy’s choice to avoid drinking soda in favor of water has improved her weight reduction.

“I don’t drink soda that often anymore,” she told a TikTok fan who asked if she still drank 12 cans a day.

“I mean, maybe two 12-ounce cans a day, sometimes less.” Sometimes only one, sometimes none.”

Tammy continued, “I mainly drink water now.”

Tammy, you are an inspiration!
