Dylan and Cole Sprouse understand that it takes two to tango.
The cute identical twin boys who won our hearts nearly 25 years ago as the inquisitive young child on Big Daddy with Adam Sandler are no longer small. They aren’t even boys.
Dylan and his younger brother by 15 minutes, Cole, are no longer as close as they were at the outset of their careers, but they are still extremely close.

The lovely blond brothers, born in 1992, were only 8 months old when they began sharing parts as one toddler or kid in commercials, TV, and cinema.
With Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen of Full House as examples, identical twins are a valuable resource in Hollywood owing to child labor rules that prohibit youngsters from working excessively long hours.
and two was better than one for the young Sprouses.
Their breakthrough role was in the TV comedy series Grace Under Fire, where they portrayed the son of Brett Butler’s major character, Grace Kelly, from 1993 until 1998. The twins were amazing at sharing the role of Patrick Kelly as they grew from babies to talking and walking six-year-olds.
“As Grace’s 8-month-old, it’s hard to tell at this point if Dylan and Cole Sprouse are the Olsen twins of tomorrow,” Variety’s Tim Grey writes.

They stole every scene as Sandler’s adoptive kid in the 1999 comedy Big Daddy with their wonderfully placed quips and charming acting.
Cole told People in 2022, “Perhaps I’m a bit biased because I’ve known him for ages, but I do admire his career.” He has a very, really amazing mix of art and business, which I believe is the currency of a true professional actor.” “He’s walking that line beautifully,” Cole said, “and he’s raising up all of his friends at the same time, which I think is incredible.”
Cole and Dylan’s power couple was divided from 2000 to 2002, when Cole appeared on the successful TV show Friends. Cole portrayed Ben, the little son of Ross Gellar, played by David Schwimmer, on his own, the first part in which Dylan was not present.
Cole recalls his favorite Friends episode, “The One with the Holiday Armadillo,” saying, “I remember that quite well.” “I was completely smitten by the costumes and the practical effects.”

He also confessed that costumes were not his only obsession. He also developed feelings for his co-star, who portrayed Rachel. Cole told TODAY, “I’m pretty sure I fell in love with Jennifer Aniston, which the whole world had at the time.” But I recall feeling rather frightened in her presence. When she sat next to me on the sofa in one episode, I recall blanking on my lines and getting stage fright.”
Cole and Dylan were reunited and twinned again in the 2002 film Master of Disguise as the young Pistachio Disguisey.
At this point, the boys were beginning to establish distinct personalities that would shape their future careers as individuals.

That was when they portrayed Zach and Cody in The Suite Life of Zach and Cody, a three-season Emmy-nominated Disney program that premiered in 2005. When the program ended, their characters, Zach and Cody, appeared on other Disney shows such as Hannah Montana, starring Miley Cyrus, and in their feature, The Suite Life Movie.
The adolescent heartthrobs’ celebrity was increasing, but the young men remained level-headed and proceeded to New York University, Dylan studying video game design and Zack humanities and archaeology.

“I needed to take a break and step outside of myself; I needed a dose of reality; and I needed to see myself objectively.” And now I believe I can enjoy [acting], which is a very important aspect of being an actor,” Cole remarked, revealing that the long-running Disney series had made him feel like a machine. “I’m not saying we didn’t have fun during that time, but it was work.” It’s a company and a job, and it got me to college, which was one of the best things I could’ve had. But I’m relieved to be acting on my own now.”
Cole returned to television after graduating in 2015, this time without his sibling.
Their diverse personalities are driving them on separate routes, and they are no longer sharing one position as independent men. Cole has been starring as Jughead Jones in Riverdale, a supernatural drama TV series based on the characters from the Archie comic books, since 2017.
He is presently seeing Ari Fournier, a French-Canadian model whom he met more than two years ago.
Dylan, on the other hand, is a video game character voice actor who is engaged to Sports Illustrated model Barbara Palvin. He is also a co-founder of All-Wise Meadery, a Brooklyn-based artisan brewery.
