Zoey was just three years old when her illness was detected.
She was full of energy and constantly on the go before sickness hit, just like so many other youngsters. She was raised in a caring family. She was sweet, amusing, and enthusiastic.
One day, Zoey stumbled while playing. A few weeks later, she lost control of both hands.

When Zoey’s family discovered anything was wrong with her, they brought her to the hospital right away.
When they arrived, they heard something that would stick with them for the rest of their lives and leave a message they would never forget.
The doctor informed them that their adored baby daughter, who was so full of life and love, had DIPG, a rare and dangerous brain tumor.
We had no idea what to do or where to go. “We were informed it’s basically a death sentence,” Casey, her mother, added.

The family would suffer a tragedy and a nightmare that no one would wish on their worst enemy.
But they managed to keep their cool and made an attempt to be strong for Zoey’s sake. Over the next two years, Zoey would go through a slew of cancer treatments.
Zoey responded well at a radiation therapy clinic in Germany, which the family found. But she ultimately stopped responding.
She suddenly began to feel worse. Unimaginable things were going to happen. Zoey died quietly in her American home on July 4, 2018.

Despite the knowledge that their family would be crushed by her death, her parents thought they might enjoy some nice last moments together.
Zoey continued to radiate happiness until the very end.
Her parents invited all of her family and friends to visit them and meet her before it was too late. Her mother has now boldly decided to post the family’s final moments together on Facebook.
“I posted it because, even though it’s a sad moment for us, it’s also a wonderful one,” Casey explained.

Mom and Dad are shown with their arms around their adorable kid.
They’d taken a seat on the couch alongside the family’s dog. They had spent the entire day singing Disney tunes. A Harry Potter film was shown on television. And then, in the midst of the quiet, Zoey vanished.
Zoey will be known across the world. We will continue to give back and bring love and light to the world since she has given us so much.
Zoey’s heart stopped beating almost halfway through the film.
“I had witnessed a few families having moments and didn’t think I was going to share them.” But I said to myself, “I want a shot like that taken.” “I want to document those moments so I can remember them forever, even if my brain is gone,” she stated.
The family now wishes to transmit the optimism and light that Zoey gave the world all those years before her death through the Facebook page Zoey’s Light. They want Zoey to encourage people to support one another and to love one another unconditionally and gratefully, one ordinary day at a time.

No mother or father would ever have to go through what Casey and Ben did.
Casey and Ben, you have been the most wonderful parents ever. My prayers will go on indefinitely. Zoey is now an angel who watches over all of us.
Sweet Zoey, rest in peace.
