It is quite difficult to be homeless at such a young age. In reality, it is worse for an adolescent to face all of life’s challenges at such a young age.

Ronda Felton is a 19-year-old aspiring vocalist. She is originally from Milwaukee but currently resides in Arizona. However, this teenager’s life has not been simple. She had to deal with homelessness at a young age and says she is currently battling through the audition. Her narrative moved the judges. Jude Katy Perry offers Rhonda advice: “You don’t have to be powerful. You only have to be Ronda, and that will get you all the way.”

Regardless, it is her performance that brings the judges to tears. The judges become emotional when she begins to perform Jennifer Hudson’s “One Night Only” from the film Dream Girls. Everyone agrees she has an amazing voice; Ronda receives three yeses from the judges as soon as she concludes the song.
