The amazing voice of 14-year-old blind singer Sirine Jahangir moves BGT viewers to tears…

Blind singer Sirine Jahangir, 14, displayed her incredible talent and tenacity during a poignant performance on Britain’s Got Talent. The girl showcased her unique voice with a heartbreaking rendition of Gabrielle Aplin’s “Salvation” on her own piano.

London-born vocalist Sirine, whose parents are from Pakistan, added a hint of R&B to the folk-pop tune. Her performance brought many in the audience to tears; she has a unique knack for touching people with her voice. Listen to her amazing audition in the video below.

Even though Sirine quickly won over the audience with her kind and sincere manner, it was obvious that she was frightened about taking the mic on such a large platform because she said, “Oh my God,” nervously. “I think it’s pretty obvious that I’m blind,” Sirine said to the assembly when Judge David Walliams asked her to identify herself. I can’t do it now, but I used to be able to. You could say that music is my vision, since it is my life’s work and love.

The teenager then wowed the audience with a strong and moving performance. Sirine can easily hit you in the chest, unlike other vocalists. Her performance on Britain’s Got Talent is one of the best in terms of the emotional impact of everything heard so far. Watch Ruelle’s stunning performance of “Carry You” in the semifinals below.

After seeing Sirine’s performance, judge Amanda Holden remarked, “I just thought the whole audition was so poignant.” Your gorgeous appearance and unlimited vitality are the only things that can compare to the carefree enthusiasm you exude. It was very brilliant. Alesha Dixon exclaimed, “What a wonderful, sweet girl you are.” My heart has simply melted over it. It’s quite understandable to be nervous before a large event—you sang beautifully, and the platform is huge.

“I only do school performances, so this is something completely new,” she went on. Simon Cowell then asked Sirine what was worrying her. I don’t want to lose this amazing chance to be able to sing at this very moment. The judges’ four affirmative votes for the talented teenager made for an incredibly moving and heartfelt moment.

Sirine received another round of applause from the judges, but she lost her vision in the semi-finals. Although the judges sent magician Magical Bones to the championship round, bookies had her as the tournament favorite. Supporters expressed their dissatisfaction on social media, with some even calling for the judges’ removal, over their decision to remove her. Following the competition, Sirine continued to pursue her career as a singer-songwriter and has since utilized her notoriety to support several charitable causes.
