Andrea Bocelli has played on the biggest stages. He’s also done duets with celebrities and members of his family, including his daughter. However, when his daughter joined him on the piano, the tenor singer had a genuinely remarkable moment.
The father and daughter duo sing Beethoven’s “Ich liebe dich,” which translates to “Tender Love,” in this adorable video. Andrea starts the film by saying they practiced music together at home in 2020.

His daughter began to play the piano like the young pro she is as Andrea began to sing the opening line of a poem by Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Herrosee.
On May 3, 2020, the video was uploaded on Andrea Bocelli’s official YouTube page. He captioned the video, “Little Virginia has been working hard over the past few weeks to honor her obligations.”
“We now present our first duet, a gem that was created a long time ago but is incredibly relevant today—a lie that speaks of love with an unending tenderness.”

After filming the video, they would perform Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah together, although this is Andrea’s daughter’s first time playing an instrument with her father.
As Virginia pursues her music career and continues to follow in her father’s footsteps, we hope this is the start of many videos from the talented family.
