The siblings grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, as part of a dancing family. Their parents met on a ballroom dancing team, and their grandparents also danced. They believe that dancing is in their blood.

Derek and Julianne have been on reality television, especially ‘Dancing with the Stars.’ Derek has the distinction of winning an incredible six seasons of the show, collaborating alongside celebrities such as Jennifer Grey and Bindi Irwin.

Julianne and Derek value the joy of life, as represented through dancing. “This is what we want you to feel,” Julianne explained. “We go out there and get them to move and dance.”
