Julia Roberts arrived at an event honoring George Clooney, wearing a dress with the actor’s face all over it

Julia Roberts made a strong statement at the Kennedy Center Honors ceremony in Washington, DC, wearing a custom-designed gown adorned with images of her close friend George Clooney. The garment, designed by Moschino’s creative director Jeremy Scott, included photographs of Clooney from his career in various gold frames, including his iconic appearance in “ER” and the polka-dot cover for W Magazine’s December 2013 art issue. Roberts styled the gown with a short black jacket and silver jewelry.

The Kennedy Center Honors ceremony recognized George Clooney’s contributions alongside those of musician Gladys Knight, singer-songwriter Amy Grant, composer Tania León, and U2 band members Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton, and Larry Mullen Jr. The Kennedy Center Honors ceremony honored Clooney for his vast acting career and charitable efforts.
