Meghan Markle is under fire again after being sighted at a posh restaurant, where internet commenters claim she was flaunting her money and holding court for the cameras.

The Duchess of Sussex looked opulent as she dined at a celebrity hotspot with Kimberly Williams-Paisley, who stars in Royal Pains. However, critics claim Meghan is “so insecure” that she arranged paparazzi photographs to take the spotlight from her nephew Prince George on his 11th birthday.

On July 21, a posh Italian restaurant in Montecito, California, spotted Meghan Markle, 42, and Father of the Bride actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley exiting.

Tre Lune, a popular hangout for A-listers such as Ellen DeGeneres and Kim Kardashian, is close to Meghan’s $14.5 million residence with Prince Harry and their two young children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Williams-Paisley, 52, resides in the region with her husband, country music artist Brad Paisley, and their two daughters.

Both ladies, who graduated from Northwestern University, wore outstanding summer fashions, with the Nashville actress choosing a floor-length airy blue dress and white shoes.

Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex was showing off her wealth in a $316 white ‘Mika’ blouse by designer Anine Bing, a pair of casual trousers, and about $70,000 in glittering jewels, not including the $350,000 engagement ring on her finger.

Meghan also wore Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses and carried her Dior Lady D-Lite purse, which Vogue claims Princess Diana loved so much she changed the name from Chouchou to Lady Dior.

Following the social media sharing of photos of Meghan leaving lunch, some internet fans seized the opportunity to draw comparisons between Prince Harry’s bride and his renowned mother, Princess Di.
