Michael Madsen, who is dealing with his son’s tragedy, continues to seek answers…

Reservoir Dogs actor Michael Madsen received a farewell email from his child that said, “I love you, dad,” and nothing more.

According to his father, 26-year-old Hudson Madsen, the son of a well-known Hollywood actor, shot himself in the head after finishing his first tour as a US Army sergeant in Hawaii.

Madsen, the star of the Kill Bill trilogy, told the Los Angeles Times, “I am in shock because my son, whom I just spoke with a few days ago, said he was happy—my last text from him was ‘I love you, dad.'”

“I noticed no signs of depression. It’s awful and tragic. He said, “I’m just trying to make sense of it and understand what occurred.

Quentin Tarantino godfathered Hudson, Madsen’s oldest child, with his wife, DeAnna Madsen. The next oldest children were brothers Luke and Kalvin. Madsen has two additional sons, Christian and Max, with his ex-wife, Jeannine Bisignano.

He married Carlie in 2019, and she shared positive comments about their relationship on social media. Carlie’s social media pages show that the couple, unable to conceive naturally, was considering IVF.

Carlie shared a photo of herself in a medical gown on Instagram only one week before he died on January 22, 2022, with the comment that she had recently had a tumor removed.

She adds in the post, “I just want to give a shout-out to my amazing husband!” Throughout the process, he has been quite patient. Yesterday, I underwent surgery on one of my breasts to remove a tumor. Carlie went on, “We spent almost seven hours at the hospital yesterday. He went to Target while I was in surgery and bought me a card, flowers, comfortable pajamas, and my favorite candy! He has also been quite helpful with my recovery, and I am grateful.

A few weeks later, she shared a lovely photo of herself and Hudson on Twitter, with the simple remark, “I miss you so much.” The circumstances surrounding Hudson’s suicide perplexed everyone.

According to Madsen, the 64-year-old father conveyed his grief over his death by stating, “He had typical life challenges that people have with finances, but he wanted a family.” This is incredible, given that he was thinking about his future. I’m just not sure what went wrong.

Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor Madsen also stated that, despite his apparent happiness, his son, who had served in Afghanistan, was dealing with mental health issues. The actor stated that because his kid kept his problems to himself, he stopped seeking treatment when he needed it.

Madsen thought “that officers and rank and file were shaming,” so he urged the military to investigate. However, the public has not yet received the investigation’s conclusions.

Madsen, best known for his work on Quentin Tarantino’s violent films, was detained in Malibu at the home from which he had recently been evicted, one month after Hudson killed herself. Authorities charged Madsen with trespassing and granted him bail.

According to TMZ, the actor’s criminal history includes charges of child endangerment in 2012 and DUI in 2019 following an SUV collision.

When the actor entered his home and discovered that his teenage son was using marijuana, they got into a fight. According to TMZ, Madsen and his young son got into a violent brawl, and when police came, the youngster had several injuries. According to accounts, Madsen seemed to be inebriated when brought into prison. They revealed Madsen’s name, but not his son’s.

After Hudson died, the family issued a statement saying, “We are crushed and overwhelmed with grief and pain at the loss of Hudson.” His memory and brightness will continue to shine in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Carlie pays a touching tribute to her husband, whom she lovingly refers to as “Lump,” on Instagram on January 23, 2023. I don’t know how a year has passed without you. The ache remains precisely the same as it was that day. I find myself thinking about you every morning when I wake up and every evening before I go to bed. I can’t express how much I miss you and how much it hurts.

“I simply wish you would have spoken with me and told me what was going on that day,” stated the woman. I apologize if you thought there was no other way to turn things around. I apologize for not seeing the signs and being unable to do more. Unfortunately, I let you down. Please know that you are always on my mind or by my side. Lump, I love you much more and miss you a lot.
