People are saying the same thing after resurfaced film of Robin Williams making ‘profound’ remark about Trump

Old footage of the late Robin Williams making a ‘profound’ argument about Donald Trump has elicited the same reaction.

The veteran Hollywood actor, who sadly committed suicide at the age of 63 in 2014, was well-known for his humorous improvisational talents and ability to bring a wide range of characters to life in films and cartoons.

Throughout his long career, Williams won several awards, including an Oscar, Golden Globe, and Grammy.

The Chicago native began performing stand-up comedy in the mid-1970s and continued to make us laugh from the stage throughout his flashy film career.

Now, footage of him debating Donald Trump on stage in 2012 has been unearthed, showing how Williams was ‘ahead of his time.’

In the video, the father-of-three detailed spending Thanksgiving in Atlantic City, which he characterized as ‘Wizard of Oz on acid’ with ‘junkies, pimps, and pizza, oh my!’

“And Donald Trump is the Wizard of Oz; he is the man.” He plays Monopoly with real f*cking buildings; this is a scary man,” Williams added.

The then-real estate mogul erected Trump Plaza, a hotel and casino, on the New Jersey city’s boardwalk in 1984, followed by Trump’s Castle and, finally, the towering Trump Taj Mahal Casino in 1990, long before the billionaire entered politics.

Trump Entertainment Resorts went bankrupt three times between 2004 and 2014, and by 2016, the majority of the city’s gambling and casino venues had been shuttered and sold.

Williams, unaware of the company’s dissolution in 2012, went on to say in his comedy, “[Trump] owns all these beauty pageants, Miss America, Miss Universe… Isn’t it like Michael Vick running a chain of pet stores?”

The Virginia NFL player pleaded guilty in 2007 to his role in a dogfighting ring and served 18 months in federal prison before joining the Philadelphia Eagles after his release.

Back to Trump, Williams joked about Trump calling his own daughter ‘attractive,’ saying, “Even folks in Arkansas went, ‘That’s f*cking horrible. That’s simply so out of place.

“And that f*cking hair,” Williams said, imitating Trump’s hairstyle with his hand. “I assume the hair is Donald’s. I feel that the body serves as the hair’s maintenance system. “He goes home at night, ‘We’re home,'” Williams remarked, imitating Trump’s ‘walking away’ hair.

Dozens have already marveled at the unearthed video on Reddit, with one saying it looks ‘sort of meaningful.’

Others expressed their continued sadness at the comedian’s passing, noting that ‘he is missed.’

“He will always be missed and forever remembered for generations thanks to the wonderful works he left us and our kids,” a third person said.

“One of the funniest and most endearing humans to ever exist,” a third said.
