Phillips painstakingly tracked her meals and prepared her food ahead of time to ensure she was on track. She also committed to doing at least 10,000 steps every day and working out at the gym on a regular basis. Her commitment produced astounding results.

She went from being unable to walk more than a few steps without becoming breathless to obtaining a healthy weight. She enjoyed her newfound feeling of freedom and independence after losing 708 pounds to 171 pounds.
Phillips reflected on her progress, saying, “Before, I couldn’t walk eight feet without feeling like I was going to die.” Now, I can do almost everything I set my mind to.
