According to The Wall Street Journal, Gwyneth Paltrow just sold her Los Angeles property in Mandeville Canyon, part of the posh Brentwood area, for $22 million.
The residence boasts a magnificent foyer with black-and-white checkered floors, white paneled walls, and towering ceilings. A soft, neutral-toned seat provides warmth, while sleek lighting fixtures and built-in shelving complete the polished look.
The room harmoniously integrates historic and contemporary features, resulting in an inviting but refined atmosphere. The mansion was first advertised for $29.99 million in May 2024, and the sale occurred less than a year later.
In October, the asking price dropped to $24.9 million, and at the time of writing, a buyer was still unidentified.
The vast 8,000-square-foot home, originally built in the 1950s, sits on two-thirds of an acre. It received extensive restorations around 2009, combining mid-century architecture with modern design.
