Today’s youngsters are considerably different from the generation that came before them. Today’s youth are more concerned with peace than with luxury. They have the ability to imagine and make their fantasies a reality. Jamie and David, both from Vancouver, have relocated to a Kalama, Washington, condominium. They were the parents of three adult children. When they moved out, they lived in the same house as everyone else. They continued to work in order to pay their mortgages. It kept them from feeling truly liberated. They acquired the courage to carry out a magnificent objective in 2017.

They planned to construct a home themselves. They started collecting old or previously abandoned containers. They would be debt-free and have something to be proud of if the initiative was successful. The plan called for 40 containers, on top of which 20 shipping containers were installed, allowing you to build an outside balcony with an electric gate. David has just discovered several problems. They accomplished their goal at whatever cost. The home was almost done from the exterior, and the inside work was completed quickly.

The interior design was likewise excellent. There was a living room and kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Everything was nicely prepared, and the home had a lovely ambience. David and Jamie were in desperate need of a break. The challenges that developed along the way became solved for them, and they were certain that they would be able to finish the job and, as we indicated before, be proud of it.
They paid off their debts, moved into a new home, and began fulfilling their aspirations. And all other questions and issues faded away. How little a person needs in order to live quietly and contentedly. All this couple needed to be happy was a little, basic cottage. Their dream house was perfect for them and inspirational to many of us. Bringing such dwellings to life was a difficult but doable endeavor.
