Until police see a picture of a school bus driver holding a boy’s hand, it might not seem significant

Being separated from one’s parents may be a terrifying experience for any child; therefore, going to school alone can be highly stressful for many children, especially in the beginning when they are unfamiliar with that new chapter of their lives. When Axel Johnson was set to start school, he appeared ecstatic. His mother, Amy, snapped a snapshot of him, and he was beaming as he waited for the school bus!

But when it was time for him to board, his countenance altered, and he was close to crying. Little Axel was obviously not as strong as he thought he would be when he had to split from his mother. Isabel Lane, the bus driver, watched Axel’s face shift from pleased to sad, but she was determined to convince him that riding the bus and attending school with a lot more children his age was not terrifying!

Isabel slipped her hand behind her back as Axel sat in the seat behind her, and Axel gripped her hand. Amy managed to photograph a pretty nice moment. Isabel proved that she was more than simply a driver; she cared about the pleasure of the children. She wanted Axel to know that even if his mother wasn’t there, he could always rely on her on the bus. Her act gave the scared kid hope that everything would be OK.

Amy felt the picture of her kid with the bus driver was so adorable that she decided to post it on Facebook. She anticipated that people would like it, but she didn’t expect so many favorable remarks. The photo was even posted by the local police department, where it received over 2,400 replies. The compliments Isabel received startled her. “I didn’t think it was all that big of a deal.” “I suppose this is something I would do,” she acknowledged.

However, it was substantial. Axel was no longer terrified the next day since he knew he had a buddy in Isabel. He was beaming and overjoyed to be embarking on a new journey. Because of Isabel, Axel now looks forward to each new day at school. The video below tells the full story. Remember to share it with your family and friends; maybe it will inspire someone to do something positive.
