Her Ex-Boyfriend Mocked Her Weight — But She Lost 134 Pounds (61 KG) and Became Unrecognizable!

Alvina Rayne endured years of physical, emotional, and verbal abuse that left her depressed, anxious, and struggling with her weight. At her heaviest, the mother of two weighed 274 pounds (124 kg), while her boyfriend repeatedly insulted her appearance, telling her that nobody else would ever want her.

During the relationship, Alvina turned to food for emotional comfort, frequently eating until she was uncomfortably full. Her weight gain eventually affected her mobility, confidence, and health. She also suffered from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), high blood pressure, severe anxiety, left ventricular hypertrophy, and prediabetes.

In 2009, she finally found the courage to end the abusive relationship and start over. Determined to rebuild her life, she adopted a low-carb ketogenic diet and began losing weight. Remembering her ex’s cruel remarks became an additional motivation to prove him wrong.

Through dedication and perseverance, she lost 134 pounds (61 kg), going from 274 pounds (124 kg) to approximately 140 pounds (63.5 kg). She also reported significant improvements in her health.

After hearing about her transformation, her ex attempted to win her back, but Alvina had no interest in rekindling their relationship. Today, she is happily married to a man who loves and appreciates her. She also shares her weight-loss journey on YouTube, hoping to inspire others to believe that they can rebuild their lives, overcome difficult experiences, and create a happier future.
