Nurse students graduate with a pinning ceremony.
The ceremony is notable. At the Rasmussen College Mankato campus in Minnesota, around 35 students were retrieving their pins during the pinning ceremony.
Each graduate selects a specific receiver to hand off their pins.
Penny Pearson, 50, was among those who graduated. Penny’s son, Dustin, is a sergeant in the American Army.

He wouldn’t be able to attend the celebration because he had spent the previous year abroad in Kuwait, right?
